Our switch process is simple. We’ll do everything we can to ensure that installation goes smoothly for you and your customer. From joint site visits to telephone support, your local Calor salesperson is here to help you at any stage of the process.
1. Contact Calor
When your customer contacts us, we’ll arrange a visit to their home to discuss their specific requirements. At this stage, one of our sales representatives will be happy to do a joint visit to the home with you. If you reccommend Calor, remember to submit your lead to us as part of the Installer Incentive Scheme.
2. Provide quotation
You provide the customer with a quote for their new LPG boiler and installation and we’ll quote for the gas storage installation
We’ll deliver and install the gas storage, including the external pipework, leaving you to install the boiler (and internal pipework and radiators, if required). You can then connect the property to our gas supply.
4. Gas delivery
Once everything is installed, we’ll organise your customer’s first gas delivery.
5. Installer incentive payment
If you’re a member of our Calor Installer Community, we’ll reward you for working with us and recommending Calor.
