Renewable LPG

Renewable solutions

We're leading the way with Futuria Liquid Gas (previously BioLPG)

Futuria Liquid Gas, a renewable off-grid fuel, is the perfect solution for future-proofing your rural boiler installations and helping you earn more customers. It’s made from a unique blend of waste, residues and sustainably sourced materials, and can generate instant carbon savings. Better still, because it’s a direct, drop-in replacement for conventional LPG, LPG boilers can use it now and in the future.

Our mission is to help solve the UK’s rural heat decarbonisation challenge. We currently offer Futuria Liquid Gas as a blend (40% Futuria Liquid Gas/60% standard LPG), to provide 38% carbon savings compared with heating oil*. Our aim is to supply 100% renewable energy products by 2040.

Why Calor?

Join thousands of Installers who recommend us

There are a number of reasons why more and more installers are recommending Calor to their rural customers.

Reward for referrals. When you join our Installer Boiler Community and share business opportunities with us, you could earn up to £250 for every customer that switches to us (which could increase to £500 for a commercial installation).

Generate new business. Our network provides leads across the country - we’ll list your business on our website so customers looking to replace or service their LPG boiler, or have a new LPG heating system installed, can contact you directly for a quote.

Our dedicated team works closely with you to ensure switching to Calor LPG is easy for you and your customers. Keeping it within Calor and using our in-house engineering team for tank delivery, installation and any associated civil works means there's no third-party mistakes. And no stress.

On our grid, you can stay informed about the industry, easily.

Our team of experts are on hand to offer you support and advice when it comes to LPG heating installations. You’ll also have access to our nationwide coverage of domestic, commercial and cylinder specialists. Not to mention our 50 Calor centres and over 10,000 cylinder dealers and stockists.

LPG boilers are clean to install and service. And, unlike some oil boilers, can be wall-mounted. This makes installation much simpler in some cases.

Factory-ready LPG boilers are available from a range of manufacturers, such as Alpha, Baxi, Glow-worm, Potterton, Vaillant, Viessman and Worcester. Boilers can also be purchased directly from a variety of merchants.

The good news, all LPG appliances are completely compatible with Futuria Liquid Gas (previously BioLPG)!

We undertake work in many rural locations, and we find LPG is the ideal fuel. It’s a little bit of confidence for the customer that we’re an approved installer by Calor.
