Submit your meter reading

You can use the form below to submit your meter reading. 

Simply fill in your details and hit submit. Once we've got your reading, the form will be processed by our Metered Estate Team, and your account will be updated.

As soon as Calor Account Online is back up and running, we'll let you know, and you can submit readings through your online account again.

* Please allow up to 5 workings days for the reading to be updated and logged on your account.
