How can I pay for my order?

All payments are processed though SagePay; which accepts all Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We take security and fraud very seriously; so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. 

When will my account be charged for my order?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email you to let you know that your card issuer or bank could not authorise the payment. If you still wish to purchase the item(s) using a different payment card, you will need to reorder the item in the Shop.

Please remember that even if a payment is unsuccessful, it may appear that Calor has taken the money, as some card issuers may still reserve the amount for a short period of time. You should contact your card issuer for more information.

Where can I get a promo code?

We understand that our customers like to get their hands on a great deal from time to time. We’d suggest that you check out our website, where we often have promos running.

We also send promo codes to our customers inside our statement inserts; sometimes you’ll spot a code on Facebook or Twitter.

Some discount codes can be sent to individuals and may be locked to their account specifically.
