This means longer change over times and reduced filling capacity on high volume key sizes. That’s why we’ve taken the difficult decision to reduce our cylinder range, simplifying the business.

If you need a specific cylinder size, there are other LPG cylinder options available, such as Campingaz.

No, Calor won’t be covering the cost of the new regulator. 

We’re sorry you’re unable to locate a 4.5kg. However, the recall voucher can be exchanged for any size cylinder on our retail price card. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue so please check when your voucher was issued to ensure it’s still in date.

If you’re unable to find an alternative cylinder, then we’d be happy to offer you a refund. You can find the refund policy in your Cylinder Refill Agreement. 

Please check with your local retailer if they’ve got any remaining stock of the cube cylinder. Cylinders may be available for a limited time in some outlets. However, if you’ve purchased your cube heater after 1st January 2021 and you’d prefer a refund, please complete the claim form on our website. You’ll need your original proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. 

If you’re unable to increase your storage facilities, an alternative could be found through Campingaz (907 = 2.72kg). We recommend reaching out to a local gas safe registered engineer who can safely advise on any changes required to your gas cylinder set up.

Our cylinder range is under constant review. We have no plans at present for a new light weight cylinder.
