What is our Calor Rural Community Fund?

Here at Calor we would like to give something back, by offering rural off grid communities like yours the chance to gain funding for projects that will improve local life. Projects we support could be anything from redecorating your community centre or village hall; to new equipment for youth clubs, sports teams or scout groups. But of course we’re open to your ideas… We’re offering grants of up to £5,000 for projects that will provide an on-going service for local communities. So whether you want to support a youth club or start a class for older members of your community, our fund is here to help. Rural communities with projects off the mains gas grid can submit a project for funding. The projects that receive the most votes on this site will be shortlisted then reviewed by a panel of judges, who will select the winning projects for funding. Register now to get involved!

Applications will open soon!

We will soon be inviting community projects to apply for funding; applications open on 20th March until 30th April 2018. Register your details and we’ll send you a reminder nearer to the time!
