Calor Gas Limited (“Calor”) Support Funding Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of the offer of support funding is Calor Gas Limited (Registered Company No. 00303703) whose registered office is at Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick CV34 6RL (the “ Promoter ”).
2. The offer is available to new domestic bulk customers switching from electricity, oil or solid fuel energy supply to Calor liquefied petroleum gas (“ LPG ”) energy supply. The offer is subject to the customer signing a two year domestic customer supply agreement with the Promoter for the supply of LPG with a bulk tank installation (a “ DGO ”). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion of the Promoter and is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the Promoter.
3. The offer is partly funded under the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (“ CERT ”) scheme. The offer is limited to one domestic property and cannot be used in conjunction with any other CERT funding offers for new LPG heating systems, including from independent installers or alternative suppliers.
4. Customers who enter into a DGO will receive the support funding as a credit either off their boiler installation costs through Calor or towards their first LPG fill (excluding standing charges). The credit can only be spent with Calor. The credit a customer receives will be £1000 if switching from solid fuel to Calor LPG, £750 if switching from electric to Calor LPG and £500 if switching from oil to Calor LPG.
5. The start date of this offer is 5th March 2012. Registration must be sent to the Promoter by no later than 31st August 2012. To register, please complete and submit the attached form or phone 0800 085 0589 for a form to be sent to your address which you will need to complete and post to the Promoter. Registering for the offer on the attached form or by post is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. The closing date for this offer is 30th September 2012 (the “ Closing Date ”) and in order to qualify for the support funding as referred to in condition 4 above, the DGO must be signed by the Closing Date. The 1st LPG order must be completed by 31st October 2012.
6. No cash alternative is available.
7. This offer is only available to residents within mainland GB aged 18 or over and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion, events or circumstances occur outside of its control.

10. The promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
