» Free LPG Boiler Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter of the offer is Calor Gas Limited whose registered office is at Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick CV34 6RL (the “ Promoter ”).
2. The offer is only open to the first 100 domestic customers who switch from oil, solid fuel or electricity to Calor LPG. The offer is not available to existing customers of the Promoter or customers already using LPG. The offer is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the organisation of the offer.
3. The offer of a free LPG boiler refers to the specific listed Baxi or Vaillant, SEDBUK band A LPG boiler. These include:

4. The offer is subject to the following:
a) The customer signing a two-year Domestic Customer Supply Agreement with the Promoter for the supply of LPG;
b) An account being set up by a specialist following an appointment by the Promoter;
c) The customer having the free LPG boiler installed by CalorForce (a trading division of the Promoter) or a participating installer, at the customer’s own cost (the average cost of a typical boiler installation carried out over the last 18 months by the Promoter’s own engineers being £2,600).
d) The customer paying the additional charges relating to i) the removal of any existing tank and equipment (if applicable); and ii) LPG tank, pipework and base installation. Additional terms and conditions will apply.
5. The start date of this offer is 25 January 2011. The closing date for this offer is 1 July 2011 and in order to qualify for the free LPG boiler the Supply Agreement as referred to in condition 4(a) above must be signed by this date.
6. This offer only applies to residents within mainland GB.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion of the Promoter.
8. No cash alternative is available.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to alter this offer and offer a substitute of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion, events or circumstances occur outside its control.
