Not only that, but should our prices increase above a certain level, you have the right to terminate your contract with us. Fair and simple.

We have a range of appliances available for the home including gas barbeques, portable heaters, LPG cookers and more. And we offer existing customers discounts on appliances from time to time. It all adds up to a service that’s second to none.

* When you enter into a two-year supply agreement with us. £50 gas credited to your account within 45 days of the date of agreement and a further £50 credited on the fi rst anniversary of the agreement date.

Switching is easy

You are eligible to switch if the exclusivity period set out in your contract (which cannot be more than two years) with your existing supplier has passed. NB: This is the case even if your existing contract states that the exclusivity period is longer than two years.

	Complete the exclusivity period of your agreement with your current supplier.
	Give your existing supplier notice of termination, which we can do on your behalf. Download Supplier Switch Notice PDF (approx 2.4Mb)
	Let us liaise with your existing supplier to make the necessary arrangements.

All you’ll need to do then is decide whether you wish to keep your current LPG tank, and ask us to buy it, or whether you’d prefer a new bulk tank supplied by Calor. The final decision on which of these options is followed will be made by Calor. The process will usually take between 28 and 42 days depending on which option is taken and is subject to entering into a new LPG supply Agreement with Calor.
