Provence portable heater

I moved to a property that had no chimney or flue.Having been so used to a real fire in my old home thought I might try out the calor gas Provence portable stove..... I just love it.It does what it says on the tin.Let it burn the first time for a while and with the windows wide open to get rid of the `new` smell and then,hey presto!, Love it.

I bought one of these at the beginning of last year after alot of thought as its not cheap. Its a good looking, sturdy, heater, which has some people looking for the 'hidden' chimney. If the coals were not set so uniformly it would be even more convincing. It chucks out heat very effectively and works for me as I use the kitchen diner mostly so no longer have to heat the whole house in order to be comfortable when using one area. A year on I still love it.
