Looks the part. But was not happy with the flame effect, as there was none. On full power the coals don't look real either. I decided to use coals from my gas fir in the living room. It has made a big difference. Still no proper flames but the coals look real and when on full power you get a nice warm glow. Would have got 5 stars if only for a flame.
