A range of pre-assembled units consisting of a vessel, pump and means of dispensing liquid LPG supplied on a steel frame to allow transportation to the customer’s site.

Vessel Options
Specifications
- All units are designed for 240v single-phase supply.
- The pump capacity is 30 litres per minute (max) with a maximum
differential pressure of 7 bar.
- An isolating valve is fitted immediately after the tanks outlet valve
and energised by the dead mans switch.
- All units comply with the requirements of LPGA COP 1 & COP 20.
Crash Protection
No crash protection is included with the pre assembled unit. The method and amount of crash protection is determined by the site geography, but must be installed to protect the pre-assembled unit and create the required safety distances between the vehicle being filled and the LPG vessel.
Electrical Supply
The electrical supply should be installed in accordance with BS7671: IEE Wiring regulations (16th edition).
Base Specification
A concrete base is required to site a skid installation consisting of 150mm minimum thickness. Construction of a suitable base is the customer’s responsibility. Your local Calor Specialist will provide minimum base dimensions.
