Recommend a Friend Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is only available to existing domestic gas customers of the Promoter who recommend a new domestic gas customer to the Promoter.
  2. This offer is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the organisation or with this offer.
  3. The person(s) recommended must not be an existing customer(s) of the Promoter.
  4. Individuals cannot recommend themselves and can only be recommended once by an existing domestic gas customer.
  5. This offer is conditional upon the person(s) being recommended becoming a new domestic gas customer of the Promoter by signing a two year Domestic Bulk Gas Supply Agreement with the Promoter.
  6. If the new domestic gas customer cancels their Domestic Bulk Gas Supply Agreement during the cooling off period, neither the existing or new domestic gas customer will be entitled to receive a gas credit.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion of the Promoter.
  8. This offer is available online by completing the online form.
  9. The offer of £50 gas credit refers to £50 worth of credit being added to the existing domestic gas customer’s account and £50 worth of credit being added to the new domestic gas customer’s account. The £50 gas credit will be allocated once the provisions of clause 5 above have been complied with and the new domestic gas customer's LPG tank has been installed.
  10. No cash alternative is available.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. In such an event, reasonable prior notification of the withdrawal will appear on this website.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion, events or circumstances occur outside its control.
