Paying for your gas

Bills give everyone a lump in the throat - because you know, sooner or later, you’re going to have to pay them - but there is a way to make them easier to swallow.

If you haven’t already decided how to pay for your ongoing gas supply, here are two of the options available.

Variable Direct Debit

We deduct the right amount direct from your bank or building society account to cover your bill.
You are kept informed of all transactions before they happen

Budget Plan

We take a regular amount from your bank or building society account each month.
No large bills, just 12 bite size ones over the year.
Calor will re-assess your monthly payments each year taking into account the amount of gas you have had delivered over the last twelve months and any balance on your account. You will be provided with regular statements so that you can monitor the balance on your account.
You will be notified of any changes to your payments on your statement giving you plenty of time to query the change if you don’t agree with the amount
