How do I look after the units?
Transmitter Level Tank Unit (this is what looks like the sharks fin on the tank)
Please Do

Advise Calor if any equipment becomes detached from the tank

Advise calor if the equipment is accidentally damaged

Consult Calor if you are planning to make any changes to the area around the tank or between the tank and the premises where the dialler unit is fitted

Only lightly clean the unit with a damp cloth if necessary
Please Don’t

Remove, interfere or open the equipment on the tank(s)

Hose down the equipment or apply a pressure washer

Rub or clean the equipment with a dry cloth
Dialler Unit (this is the square unit connected to the telephone line)
Please Do

Advise Calor if the unit becomes detached from its position

Consult Calor if the unit must be moved to a new position for any reason

Only lightly clean the unit with a damp cloth if necessary

Consult Calor if you have any concerns about the operation of the unit
Please Don’t

Remove, interfere with or open the equipment

Move the unit from its current position, as it can affect its ability to receive radio signals from the tank

Paint or decorate the unit

Obscure the unit with metal furniture or fittings

Apply direct heat to the unit

Unplug the telephone cable

Allow the unit to become wet

Rub or clean the equipment with a dry cloth
