Fortunately, as a domestic Calor customer that’s something you really don’t need to worry about. Calor Serve from Calor offers you total peace of mind by giving you access to Calor’s LPG qualified, Gas Safe™ registered engineers.

Understandably, in the event of a boiler breakdown, you simply want to get the boiler fixed as soon as possible. Just calling out any engineer may prove costly. Are they qualified to work on your LPG boiler and would they have the knowledge and expertise to deal with the problem?

CalorForce was established in 2003 as Calor’s specialist customer engineering organisation. Since then they have been delivering expert knowledge and renowned customer care and now operate the largest dedicated LPG technician organisation in the UK. CalorForce’s highly trained engineers, backed by Calor’s experience, takes away the stress of having to deal with untried tradesmen and unknown charges.

» The Calor Serve levels of cover available are as follows:

Calor Serve One - Annual Boiler Service Cover, for £9 per month*

• Cover entitles you to an annual safety and maintenance inspection on your boiler.**

Calor Serve Two - Boiler and Controls Cover, for £14 per month*

• Cover entitles you to an annual safety and maintenance inspection on your boiler and call outs, parts and labour for your boiler and its controls each year.**

Calor Serve Three - Full System Cover, for £18 per month*

• Cover entitles you to an annual safety and maintenance inspection on your boiler and call outs, parts and labour for your full central heating system each year.**

• LPG qualified Gas SafeTM registered engineers.

• Free 24 hour hotlline.

• 365 days a year support

* Terms and Conditions apply. The package is only open to UK Residents aged 18 years or over. Subject to status. The current prices specified may be varied and indicate the amount payable per month by direct debit, a single payment will also be accepted by Calor for the 12 month period. The charges specified are subject to the customer agreeing to a minimum period of 12 months cover (“Initial Period”). In the event the customer cancels the cover within the Initial Period early termination charges will apply for any parts and labour supplied. Calor reserves the right to cancel the agreement after undertaking the initial inspection of the boiler or central heating system and upon the terms and conditions set out in the agreement between Calor and the customer.
