» Competition terms and conditions

1. The promoter of the prize draw is Calor Gas Limited of Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick CV34 6RL (the “Promoter”).

2. Entrants to the prize draw must be UK residents aged 18 or over.

3. The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the organisations involved, or with the promotion.

4. Only one entry per household is permitted.

5. The closing date for entries is 25 April 2010.

6. The winner of the prize draw will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received.

7. The Promoter’s decision as to the operation of the prize draw will be final.

8. The winner’s details will be available on written request to Calor Gas Limited, Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6RL.

9. The prize (the “Prize”) consists of one pair of VIP tickets to the 2010 British Touring Car Championships being held on 2 May 2010 at Brands Hatch Circuit, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent DA3 8NG (the “Event”).

10. The winner will be notified by phone on 26 April 2010.

11. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted within 24 hours or if the Prize is unclaimed or declined within 24 hours, the Prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.

12. The winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel to and from the Event and all other expenses. The Promoter assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Prize.

13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with the prize draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to participate in such publicity, which may include their name and country of residence being made publicly available.

14. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of the prize draw and in the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Prize and offer a substitute prize of equal value if necessary. No cash alternative is available.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice if, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, events or circumstances occur outside the Promoter’s control.

17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

18. 18. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to exchange information and data with third party ticket providers and/or service providers regarding the winner’s data for the purpose of acquiring tickets.

19. Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
