*Free Boiler Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter of the offer is Calor Gas Limited whose registered office is at Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick CV34 6RL (the “Promoter”)
  2. The offer is only open to the first 500 customers who switch to Calor LPG. The offer is not available to existing customers of the Promoter. The offer is not open to employees of the promoter or anyone connected with the organisation of the offer.
  3. The offer of a free LPG boiler refers to a Baxi or Vaillant, SEDBUK band A LPG boiler.
  4. The offer is subject to the following:
    a) The customer signing a two-year Bulk Domestic Customer Supply Agreement with the Promoter;
    b) An account being set up by a specialist following an appointment by the Promoter;
    c) The customer having the free boiler installed by a participating installer, at the customer’s own cost (the average cost of a typical boiler installation carried out over the last 18 months by the Promoter’s own engineers being £2,000); and
    d) The customer paying the additional charges relating to tank removal and LPG tank, pipework and base installation.
  5. The closing date for this offer is 31.12.2010 and in order to qualify for the free boiler the Supply Agreement must be signed by this date.
  6. This offer only applies to residents within mainland GB and the Isle of Wight.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion of the Promoter.
  8. No cash alternative is available.
  9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to alter this offer and offer a substitute of equal or greater value.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion, events or circumstances occur outside its control.
