Farmers will soon be able to 'ask Kevin' about their LPG business needs, thanks to leading LPG supplier, Calor. This new personal service for agricultural customers was recently launched at the Cereals 2007 exhibition.
'Ask Kevin' is a web-based service which enables farmers to ask questions specific to their particular business requirements, and tailored responses will be put together by Calor's agricultural expert, Kevin Houlden.
Kevin has 13 years experience with Calor and has been head of national agricultural accounts since 2003.
Sabrina Jackson, Calor Commercial Market Manager, believes that this new facility will provide agricultural customers with a more flexible and streamlined service. She explains, "Kevin has exactly the right experience to be able to advise farmers. His in-depth knowledge of Calor coupled with his understanding of the needs of agricultural businesses makes him the ideal person for farmers to approach with queries."
"This service is available 24/7 via our website and enables farmers to ask questions when it is convenient for them, not only in our normal working hours," adds Kevin Houlden, the expert in question.
Users will be able to use a simple online form to ask Kevin a question directly, as well as being able to view most common 'question and answers' compiled from previous enquiries.
To 'ask Kevin' farmers simply have to log on to www.lpg-farming.co.uk/kevin.
