Running
out of gas at a barbecue bash is now a thing of the
past thanks to a simple yet highly effective innovation
from Calor Alfresco - the Gas Trac®.
The Gas Trac® indicator is a new integrated* feature
of the latest Patio Gas cylinders from Calor, and works
much like the petrol gauge on a car. The indicator shows
‘hi’ when the gas cylinder is more than
half full and moves to ‘lo’ when you’re
running low on gas. This means you can plan ahead and
purchase a gas refill in good time.
To coincide with the launch of The Gas Trac® indicator,
Calor has introduced a new 5kg Patio Gas cylinder. The
cylinder is an ideal and versatile fuel source for table
top patio heaters and barbecues, including portable
models.
Both the 5kg Patio Gas cylinder and its bigger brother,
the 13kg Patio Gas cylinder, have been remodelled in
vibrant green with red handles to complement any garden
setting.
Patio Gas cylinders are available to collect from Calor
Gas Direct retailers or can be delivered direct to your
home through the gas home delivery service by simply
calling 0800 662 663 or click
here to order online.
Alternatively pick one up from B&Q and
Focus DIY.
* The Gas Trac® indicator is
an integral feature of new Patio Gas cylinders, and
is not sold or fitted separately.

Fun and Fundraising for the Whole Family
Why
not hold a barbecue for Calor’s ‘Gift of
the Gas’ campaign? This fundraising initiative
from Calor is encouraging people around the UK to hold
a barbecue during the summer months to help raise funds
for ChildLine. The money raised will help ChildLine
to train more volunteer counsellors and answer more
children calling its free, 24-hour helpline for children
and young people in danger or distress.
