Calor, the UK’s leading supplier of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) to domestic and commercial customers for applications such as and portable heating, gas hobs and BBQs and autogas, has appointed 3 Monkeys Communications as its retained PR agency.

3 Monkeys is tasked with communicating the benefits of LPG for the estimated two million households that have no access to mains gas and helping to modernise and revitalise the brand. The six figure campaign will target potential customers, installers and businesses that use LPG, kicking off with the launch of a new national brand campaign.

3 Monkeys board director Stuart Yeardsley will lead a team of five consultants and will report into Calor’s sales and marketing director Jon Tanner.

Stuart Yeardsley commented: “Calor is an iconic British brand that has a special place in the hearts of the consumer. We want to capitalise on the Calor heritage while revitalising the brand, highlighting its innovative approach and making it relevant for a new generation of consumers.”
