Any email or attachment sent to us will not be encrypted and we therefore do not accept any liability if emails sent by you are compromised (including, but not limited, to their security or confidentiality). We do not, to the extent permitted by law, accept any liability as set out in Clause 9 above for any external compromise of any security and/or confidentiality in relation to transmissions sent by email.

» Account On-Line Module
Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”)
“Account Holder” – means a customer who has an existing account with the Company.
“Agreement” – means these Terms and any other terms and conditions previously notified by the Company to the Account Holder that apply to the sale and supply of the Products and Services.
“Company” – means Calor Gas Limited.
“Gas” - means Liquefied Petroleum Gas (“LPG”) supplied to the Account Holder by the Company or by a distributor or a dealer of the Company.
“Services” - means the delivery of Gas to the Account Holder’s existing above ground or underground LPG storage tank or tanks.
“Product” – means goods, Gas and products for sale on the Calor.co.uk web site.
We would recommend also reading the Privacy Policy and all related terms and conditions.
The Company’s Services are only available to Account Holder’s over the age of 18 for delivery in England, Scotland and Wales.
Prices and Products
The Company takes reasonable care to ensure that all details are correct. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders where Product and Price information has been incorrectly published. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Terms and Conditions applicable to Account Holders requesting LPG storage tank top-up
Any goods or services requested by email by the Customer from Calor Account Online shall be sold in accordance with their existing Domestic Gas Supply Agreement with the Company.
Prices, services and payment will be in accordance with the Domestic Gas Supply Agreement.
