1. The promoter of the prize draw is Calor Gas Limited of Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick CV34 6RL (the “Promoter”).
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
3. The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the organisations involved, or with the promotion.
4. Only one entry per household is permitted.
5. The closing date for entries is 31st July 2010.
6. The winners of the prize draw will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received.
7. The Promoter’s decision as to the operation of the prize draw will be final.
8. Winners’ details will be available on written request to Calor Gas Limited, Athena House, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6RL.
9. There are 100 x £20 Love2Shop vouchers available. Each winner will receive 1 x £20 Love2shop voucher.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the prize and offer a substitute prize of equal value if necessary.
11. Each winner will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the closing date.
12. The prize must be claimed within 14 days of the notification to each winner from the Promoter as set out in condition 11.
13. No cash alternative is available.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in the Promoter’s opinion events or circumstances occur outside the Promoter’s control.
15. Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
