Start from the Heart

Here at Calor, we have always been invested not only in taking good care of our customers, but also in creating and maintaining good relationships with the people living and working in the local communities in which we operate.

» Start from the Heart 2011

Up until 2011, we had proven this commitment to local people through the popular ‘Calor in the Community’ scheme, but in 2011 onwards, ‘Calor in the Community’ was replaced by ‘Start from the Heart’, a new global initiative being led by Calor’s parent company, SHV .

This new scheme supports local communities through promoting projects with an educational or sustainability based theme, and we are already off to a flying start with the creation of a ‘Calor Wood’ on unused scrubland at our central Stoney Stanton COC.
